Our body is our sacred vessel for which we experience life and safe-keeper of our soul.  Class varies week to week and it is my intention is to create a safe space of self exploration that brings you to a state of aliveness & ease, while feeling the sacredness of your body, heart, mind, and spirit.

Classes are weaved with:

*slowing down
*mental focus & clarity
*awareness of breath
*noticing of sensations in body and how they inform us
*awakening our senses
*joint health
*connecting to stillness
*strength and awareness of core
*deep rest & integration
*attunement to the cyclical nature of the seasons
*music & poetry
