Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing in which "universal energy" is channeled.  This is an invitation to surrender into the body and deep rest.   This session is facilitated with hands-off and hands-on touch, energy balancing, and includes an aura cleansing ritual.  Along with Reiki Love, the session is infused with essential oils, and sound healing.

Thai yoga massage treats the body as a whole, stimulating pressure points and energy lines, creating ease and balance for the mind, body, heart, and spirit.  It is a full body type of massage, facilitated on a mat.  It can include assisted Yoga type stretching movements, allowing for deep release.  This is a wonderful way to receive nourishment with grounded touch.  We conclude the session with deep rest and integration.

Sessions can include practices involving breath, movement, & sound, and/or facilitation using hands-on touch for application in pleasure mapping, scar tissue remediation, & genital dearmouring.  Empowering voice and choice of the client is essential to my practice, teaching that there is a spectrum of response with negotiations, and to “move at the speed of trust”.  Establishing a knowledge base and experience of the Wheel of Consent within one’s body, are additional resource I can offer.  5 session arc also available at a reduced rate.
