As a practitioner of yoga, Reiki, Thai yoga massage, meditation, a space holder for sacred ceremonies, as well as a student of somatic sex education, I can assist you in connecting deeply to your inner sanctuary, and provide you the space to be fully seen and witnessed.
Whether you want to bring attention to physical or emotional challenges, deepen connection to your body as a sacred vessel, or simply awaken more beauty and sensuality in your life, it would be a honour to walk with you on your journey.
I am in my final module of training to certify as a Sexological Bodyworker and Somatic Sex Educator with the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education. At present, this is the only certification program that has expanded trainings regarding trauma, the gender galaxy, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, and practices for embodiment – the ability to be with a wide range of sensation and emotion.
My passions are pleasure mapping, scar tissue remediation, and genital dearmouring. A safe and sacred container are essential to my practice.

By facilitating reiki sessions, Thai yoga massage, or somatic explorations,

I support people in their journey towards expanded freedom, joy, and pleasure;

I support people into deep rest, for healing from the impacts of traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and chronic health issues;

I support people to stay curious and both to both learn and pay attention to their nervous system and natural body responses;

I support people in increasing the skillfulness in becoming aware of one’s body and sensations when it enters natural responses of fight, flight, freeze, appease, or dissociation.
Sessions can include practices involving breath, movement, & sound, and/or facilitation using hands-on touch. Empowering voice and choice of the client is essential to my practice, teaching that there is a spectrum of response with negotiations, and to “move at the speed of trust”. Establishing a knowledge base and experience of the Wheel of Consent within one’s body, are additional resource I can offer. Take-home explorations and practices for wellness are encouraged.
